Complete LED lighting upgrade for Cartonage LTD

24-7 Electrical Services recently replaced old fashioned and costly fluorescent lights to the more modern, energy saving LED equivalents within Cartonage LTD. The work was carried out quickly and carefully, minimising disruption to an extremely busy production factory. Additional care and attention were required when working around live machinery and busy work areas.

A mixture of Office space, corridors, welfare areas and the main production and storage areas comprising of over 400 fittings were upgraded.

Not only will it be a money saving exercise reducing energy bills but will aid in maintenance work in the long term. With the lights switched on for long periods, the new LED fittings will ensure significant cost savings for Cartonage LTD.

As each LED lamp has a longer life expectancy than the original fluorescent light and components, this will greatly reduce maintenance costs too – ensuring cleaner, brighter, and lighter work areas for employees.

We also provide Cartonage LTD with a reliable reactive maintenance service, carrying out repairs/replacements and alterations where required. In addition, we manage their periodic Electrical Inspection and Testing requirements, ensuring safe continued use of their system.
