24-7 Electrical Services was appointed by main contractor Mears to deliver cyclical Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across 25 high-priority sites, including tower blocks, sheltered housing schemes and offices for Leeds City Council.

Working within occupied environments required careful planning and close coordination with site teams to ensure residents and staff remained safe and disruption was kept to a minimum. Each location was assessed and tested in line with strict programme deadlines.

Following inspection, we produced detailed reports highlighting compliance status and any identified defects. This gave the client clear visibility of their electrical condition across a large and diverse housing portfolio.

The information provided enabled Leeds City Council to prioritise remedial works and maintain the safe ongoing operation of their high-risk residential assets.
