Energy-efficient LED Lighting Upgrade

24-7 Electrical Services completed a full LED lighting upgrade across Cartonage’s busy manufacturing facility, replacing outdated fluorescent systems with modern and energy-efficient LED technology.

The works covered office areas, corridors, welfare facilities and large-scale production and storage spaces, with over 400 fittings upgraded in total.

Careful planning was essential to minimise disruption within a live production environment. Our team worked safely around machinery and operational workflows to ensure productivity was maintained throughout.

The new LED installation has significantly reduced energy consumption and improved lighting quality across the site. With longer lamp life and reduced maintenance requirements, the client will benefit from both immediate savings and long-term operational efficiency.
