LED Lighting Upgrade & Electrical Maintenance

24-7 Electrical Services continues to work in partnership with Anchor to deliver ongoing electrical maintenance, inspection, testing and upgrade works across multiple residential sites in Yorkshire.

A key part of the project included a large-scale LED lighting upgrade at Hill View Manor in Knaresborough, where over 200 fittings were replaced and upgraded within a tightly-managed programme. Works were carefully phased to minimise disruption for residents and staff.

Alongside upgrade works, we provide both reactive and planned preventative maintenance, ensuring electrical systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational.

We also carry out periodic inspection and testing, particularly during changes of occupancy, helping to maintain compliance across a diverse property portfolio.

 Our proactive approach helps reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and ensure residents benefit from safe, reliable, and well-maintained environments.
